"Through the grace of Eckhart Tolle and Sri Ramana Maharshi this heart awakened to the simplicity of Being and the truth of Loving. The gift of their presence has deepened and vitalized ... yet, it is my experience with the teaching that has been the greatest inspiration."
Lynda Cole does not claim to be enlightened, "This knowing who I am, this learning to live in the Now, is endless and ever deepening. I continue to be blessed with visits of fear, anger, sadness, joy. I continue to remember to surrender and welcome them in ... and with an open, tender heart come home to sacred, abundant empty emptiness. This is why I am here."
Lynda Cole has a grace, a gentleness that can see with clarity and compassion. With years of training and experience, Lynda practices psychospiritual therapy in the nondual tradition. She believes that beyond any technique, it is loving presence and a clear mind that encourages conscious awareness and transformation in others.
Through "Eckhart Teachings," Lynda has organized retreats for Eckhart Tolle, summarized many of his talks for tape distribution and provided private teaching sessions. On occasion, Lynda returns to Ramana Maharshi's ashram in sacred India. Lynda has facilitated satsang retreats and individual sessions in Europe, UK, and North America integrating these non-dual teachings into sessions that unfold naturally, each having their own unique flavour.
I AM
Beyond all words that speak of bliss
Beyond all understanding
Where edges soften ...
surrendered and embracing
enveloped and expanding ...
inner, outer merging
... only Now
...only...
...
